About Pagazzi

Our Story

Hi, there! I'm Rebecca, the Commercial Director of Pagazzi, and the daughter of the founders. My parents, Laura & Alan Pagan, started the business in 1980 with a deep passion for lighting and a desire to offer unique and affordable options to their hometown of Glasgow. Little did my parents know that this endeavour would grow into something extraordinary. Today, Pagazzi are still a family 
business, operated by not only the 3 of us, but our amazing team of colleagues, who are all part of the extended Pagazzi family! 

From the very beginning, my Mum has seen lighting as more than just a practical necessity – it completes the look and transforms the space. With this vision in mind, we work diligently, travelling worldwide to curate a collection that we see as the perfect fit for our customers' homes. 

Over the years, we’ve expanded our presence, opening multiple showrooms across the United Kingdom and establishing a thriving website in 2012. This allowed us to bring our extensive range of ceiling lights, table lamps, wall lights and more to customers nationwide. This meant broadening our range further to include options for even more styles and price points - as we believe that style is for everyone and every budget. Our customers then let us know that lighting wasn't the only thing they wanted to see from us, which led to us expanding the range into mirrors, art, dining and occasional furniture. 

 Quality has been the cornerstone of our values since day one, with the products initially being imported from Italy, to now having a supplier base worldwide. We tirelessly source the finest materials and collaborate with reputable manufacturers to ensure that every product meets our rigorous standards. From the initial design phase to the final production, my Mum and I ensure attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship at every step. 

But it doesn't end there! Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do, and as my Mum has instilled in me - we wouldn't be here without our customers. With over 40 years of knowledge to pull from, our friendly customer service team is always ready to assist, offering expert advice and guidance to help you make the right lighting choices for your home or project. 

Today, we continue to be the UK’s largest specialist lighting retailer, bringing light and style into homes across the nation.
