Pagazzi Lighting Product Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Pagazzi Lighting for your lighting needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully regarding our product guarantee:
1. Coverage:
- Pagazzi Lighting offers a guarantee against electrical faults for a specified period of time, depending on the type of lighting product purchased.
2. Non-LED Lighting:
- For non-LED lighting products, Pagazzi Lighting provides a guarantee against electrical faults for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
- This guarantee specifically covers electrical malfunctions and defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover cosmetic damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
3. LED Lighting:
- For LED lighting products, Pagazzi Lighting provides a guarantee against electrical faults for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
- This guarantee covers electrical malfunctions specific to the LED components. It does not cover cosmetic damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
4. How to Claim:
- To make a claim under this guarantee, customers must provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and details of the product.
- Claims must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period.
- Customers should contact Pagazzi Lighting customer service via email, phone, or in-store to initiate the claims process.
- Upon receipt of a valid claim, Pagazzi Lighting will assess the issue and, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component free of charge. In cases where products cannot be repaired or exchanged, a credit note will be issued.
5. Exclusions:
- Pagazzi Lighting's guarantee does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Improper installation, maintenance, or use contrary to the product instructions or intended purpose.
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Modifications or alterations to the product.
- Environmental factors such as power surges, lightning, or acts of nature.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or surface blemishes.
6. Limitations of Liability:
- Pagazzi Lighting's liability under this guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component.
- In no event shall Pagazzi Lighting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
- Pagazzi Lighting's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the defective product.
7. Rights and Remedies:
- This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
